Senator Dunbar, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Community and Regional Affairs Committee                                                                        
Substitute offered on page 607. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE                                                                
BILL NO. 77(CRA) was adopted.
